[Networker] problem with nsrck -L 7 on Networker 7.4
2008-01-08 18:21:27
Hi all,
I've recently updated to Networker 7.4 and I'm seeing a problem which I
never saw with 7.2. This is on a Sun Solaris 10/sparc platform.
When recovering client indexes for a certain date, I normally use:
nsrck -L 7 -t 08/04/2007 clientname
if I wanted the client index for a certain date.
Today I tried it the first time since updating to 7.4 and it read the
index off the tape but did not load the index into the database. I see
these errors in the logs:
nsrmmdbd Media DB error: Save set eligibility can not be cleared, no
clone instance is within recyclable time period
Can anyone help me interpret what this means? We don't use clones here
so I'm a bit confused.
Thanks,
Nick
