Hello,
The space might be the issue, i am looking into that, i don't have enough 
space to allocate to restore volume right now.
Also, the interesting part that came out of it is also that, if i map to 
the share from windows i cannot see my resoted data folder in the explorer 
view, however, one of the free utilities ( Tree Size Professional) can 
list the folders and i can view the previously unseen folders, netapp 
cannot explain that.
My share is as follows
VOl_NAME\QTREE\SHARE
I also Created 
VOL_NAME\SHARE  ( No folders seen here besides Qtree)
Any one seen that ?
