For some reason, no one here is able to open up the NetWorker Console Manager and get the group details to show anything on ann actively running group. When any of us opens up the group details, the different sections of the window are empty. The only part that contains any info is the top title bar where it indicates the name of the group, whether or not the group is running, and the bar chart indicating of how much has been backed up. This is happening for groups where the group details show the group is running.

This is with NetWorker 7.4 on Solaris 10 and console manager 3.4. This problem is evident with the console manager running on Windows and Mac OS X. Does anyone have any idea on how I can correct this problem?
