Greetings everyone;

I apologize if this message poses a distraction to anyone on this list, but its for a great cause. My sister Janet and I are raising funds for the American Diabetes Association's first ever Step Up to Fight Diabetes Challenge which occurs in Philadelphia on October 20th. Janet and I are going to walk ten miles and climb 1,000 steps in Philadelphia with 1,000 other people in order to help raise awareness for diabetes and raise money to find a cure. If this event is a success, the American Diabetes Assoc. plans to hold the same event in other cities across the United States next year.

My sister and I are each responsible for raising $1,000. I succeeded in my fund-raising goal; however, my sister is falling short of her goal, so I am hoping a few of my fellow NetWorker administrators step forward to help my sister reach her goal so we can walk and climb together on Oct. 20th. The money will help the American Diabetes Association fight diabetes, so its for a great cause, especially since touches many families, including my own. If you would like to support my sister's fund-raising challenge, please go to the following web site

  <http://main.diabetes.org/site/TR/?pg=personal&fr_id=4590&px=3725112>

You will see two thermometer images. Get out your credit card, then click on the red box above my sister's name to make a contribution. The box is labeled "click here to sponsor me." For those of you who file taxes in the United States, a contribution should be tax deductible if you itemize. Donations need to be submitted by Oct. 18th, so if you do want to contribute, please do so as soon as possible.

Thank you!
