This can be caused by scsi bus errors.... I note that nsrlcpd lost
contact with the library also at some stage - this would suggest scsi
bus errors also...


Check your cabling,    check your terminators...    Especially remember
to check for bent pins in the plugs...


It could also be the possibility that a device on the bus is causing the
errors...    Can you move things around? Eg moving the library to
another scsi bus?
