Hello,
Check your SaveGroup Parallism , this should typically, match the number 
of Devices that NDMP has.
If you specify the savesets one per line under client's saveset tab, you 
might be able to achieve the parrallism upto what the filer supports, 
perhaps 4.
You may also want to check NDMP Device Target sessions and that should 
match your Group Parrallism for the NDMP group.
lastly, check your NDMP POOLS, Selection Criteria etc to confirm the 
conguration allows for multiple Devices to be used by the pool.
I am assuming the NDMP Drives and backup are over the SAN.
