Man page is a good start. It says:
-t time
Restricts the reported information to the media and/or
save sets pertaining to the save sets created on or
after time. See nsr_getdate(3) for a description of
the recognized time formats. The default is `yester-
day'.
So nsr_getdate is the detailed one. That should get you pretty close
(if this is possible).
