If I recall, the NSRMM will only make status of tape RECYCLEABLE or 
NON-RECYCLEABLE, you will have to scan in that save set with scanner command.

We have to do a restore of a SQL DB that is in RECOVERABLE status, can I just 
put back into Browsable with nsrmm command or do I need to scan the tape in 
again.
