When you just take cartridge out or put new ones in without using
nsrjb -d/w, you are changing the state of the tape library away from
what NetWorker's media database expects it to be. This is why you end
up having to reset it via nsrjb -IE. If you follow best practices
with loading and unloading cartridges, then you shouldn't need to use
nsrjb -IE.
