Storage node preference is a global setting for a client - you cannot
change just a single instance of a client. If you want to verify/check,
look at the storage node listing for each definition of your client.

Subject: [Networker] Client / Storage Node question

This should be a quick one.

I have a Client that is backed up in multiple different groups, be it a
daily, a weekly, a file system, an Exchange, etc.

I tested a new storage node on ONE of the Clients, by putting the
storage node in it.

My Operators stated that other groups with that Client it it, was
writing to the storage node. I know I only changed it on one of them.

So, I guess my question is: If I change it on one, do the rest of the
Clients take on the properties of that?

I think not, but they insist that multiple groups that had that Client
in it, started on the Storage Node.
