Dears,

I am faced to a problem I do not understand with
NSR72 in MSCS Cluster (Win2000) :

Starting NSR manually (using networker.cluster config file),
it starts perfectly but take round 6-10 minutes to start.

Staring from MSCS cluster admin, it fails to bring resource
online after 3 minutes(Avg).

Any clue ?
