Sorry, the patch Sun released DOES NOT work.  Our OS (Windows 2000 and 2003) 
are reporting the correct time, but AS 3.1 and NW 7.3.2 are not.  If I create a 
group and set it to run at 3:00pm today it accepts it.  If I check it in 7.3.2 
GUI, it says 3:00pm.  However, if I check the same group with good NWADMIN, it 
shoes it at 2pm.

Apparently it does work.  I have confirmed that AS3.1 Jumbo and NetWorker 7.3.2 
Jumbo both show and interpret the time wrong.
