Dunno about procmail, but we use blat: http://www.blat.net
In the notification diag for Networker use this for 'action': blat - -s 
"Subject" -t your AT address DOT com

Blat needs to be 'installed' in order to work.
Blat -install <server addr> <sender's addr> [<try>[<port>[<profile>]]] [-q]
