in a word, yes

in my experience, where I have cloning on at the group level, although
the group may finish, the clones may not have

there is much housekeeping involved in deleting the partial or failed
clones (since even a failed clone counts as a copy to networker),
determining which savesets still need cloning, then finally running an
nsrclone to finish the cloning

thankfully, we only do the cloning monthly

Are there any known issues with networker 7.3.2. The backup completes
and then cloning begins. The cloning appears to complete (according to
the daemon.log) but the savegrp does not complete. The group details say
that cloning is in progress and the group sits there doing nothing until
manually stopped.

  Regards.
