I have posted almost enough love on this list for EMC tech support to
warrant Type2 Diabetes.

Today my love fest is on hold due to this PIG called Powerlink.

I have been futzing around with this thing for almost a month. Log-in
get logged out. Can't log in, am locked out. Log in get logged out
within 3 minutes and told my account is locked out. They tell me
Powerlink runs on Oracle, I disagree.

I would argue that going by my experience PowerLink runs on a
partnership of Hoover <TM> & Trane <TM> providing enterprise level
suction and blowing! That's right people it SUCKS & BLOWS at a level I
have not experienced in quite some time! Kidding aside this needs to be
fixed.

To add PAIN and SUFFERING to my experience. My Tech Support team has
done a great job in the past. In the past I have provided great feedback
about my tech support team members. So what does EMC do? Punish me with
a new recording you call for tech support, the recording tells you to go
to PowerLink.

Then they promote almost my whole tech support team. I lost Debbie and
Kevin and so many others it's just not funny anymore. Putting EMC Tech
Support folks on notice -- I am now the Feedback Nazi! "No more
compliments for you!" <Grin> Just another Oy, from the Techno Goy!

Semper Fidelis et Paratus! /ALE

P.S. For those of you with an education that included latin, please
excuse my capitalization. I am doing it on purpose and don't care that
it is wrong... That is almost all...
