Don't bother calling. I tried that same number this afternoon and all I managed to do was waste half an hour of my time on hold. Sending email to powerlink AT emc DOT com and support AT emc DOT com is a better idea.

I am able to logon. It is very slow browsing the site and few links never
returned the pages. Not checked licensing though... I live in India.

Is anyone else on this list besides me having trouble logging into
EMC's PowerLink web site? I was logged in a day or two to register a
new license code, but the license site was down. I need to log in
again today to complete that registration and update a customer
support case, but it keeps complaining that my login credentials are
invalid. I requested a new password earlier, but that two did not
allow me access to the web site. I spent half an hour on hold
listening to music attempting to talk to a human being at EMC about
the problem, and no one picked up.

I am wondering if its just me or is that web site hosed?
