Davina, here you go:
  mminfo -q "client=a11ns01.jtc.jcvsf.org,name=/sge,incomplete,ssrecycle" -ot
-r volume,level,savetime,ssexp
 volume          lvl  date    expires
000212             4 09/19/06 12/18/06
000228             5 09/20/06 12/19/06
000228             6 09/21/06 12/20/06
000259             2 10/02/06 01/01/07

  I ran nsrim -X prior to running this.

To troubleshoot that I would start with a command something like:

mminfo -q
"client=a11ns01.jtc.jcvsf.org,name=/sge,!incomplete,!ssrecycle" -ot -r
volume,level,savetime,ssexp
which should make the problem easier to see. If you post the output here
I will have another look.

I would probably run nsrim before starting. I have of course noticed
that the save sets in the first query are from different clients.
