Nope.  But I don't know if any other solutions do this properly on UNIX,
either.  This is the one advantage that windows 'archive bit' has, in
that it can flag for backup in this situation.

I'm pretty sure that NetBackup would have the same limitation.  Both
products send to the client only a timestamp, not a full listing of
files that are stored in the server's index for the client.

I don't know enough about other software like TSM to know if they have
greater communication between the client and server that could catch
this.
