Not unless you've got something in there which will change permissions on the
fly. Recovering files (thankfully) recovers them to their original state.
Your main options are to recover the savesets to an alternative destination
which doesn't have the quotas in place, or run a script which will change
ownership on the fly during the recover process. There's no facility in
NetWorker to modify files during a recover though.
