I have to use the manager since Legato sells these licenses in packs at
a discount.
I upgraded to 7.2.1. Now I get this with an All.
* xxxxx:SYSTEM FILES:\ save: SYSTEM FILES:\ is a legacy SYSTEM save set
name and is invalid as a VSS SYSTEM save set name. VSS is currently
enabled, so a VSS SYSTEM save set name must be used.
But at least it is using a license! YAY

What version of Networker are you using? I just happened to be reading
the release notes for 7.1.4 and saw the following:
VSS Licenses on LLM Are Not Managed By NetWorker (LGTpa62971) (Resolved
in Release 7.1.3) Do not use Legato License Manager (LLM) to manage VSS
enablers.

I started the VSS service on the client (W2K3), got a temp VSS Legato
license on the license manager, but the 'All' still backs up the non-VSS
savesets.
I can hardcode the "VSS SYSTEM STATE:\", and it will be successful, but
I want to use All.
The License Manager says the temp license is not being used.
