Provided you have opportunity, try assigning the same schedule on to the
client resource and take that out of group resource config. Test if this
works alright. This would confirm if there is any problem with the
'schedule' you have configured. So many times I have seen, deleting a
resource and re-configuring the same solves the problem. Couple of times,
Support said something similar to 'there was a resource corruption' in such
instances. Whatever the reason, it worked for me! :)

 Thanks.

More importantly, if that is the case. Why does the client skip rather
than run as full then ?

Hello,

Please refer to the chapter "Backup Groups and Schedules" in the admin
guide.

Group Attributes:
Schedule - This optional attribute can be used to select a Schedule
resource for the group. If this attribute is set, it overrides the schedules
selected in the Client resource's Schedule attribute for all clients in this
group. This is a hidden attribute.

Anyway, above extract of the admin guide should clarify your doubt!

Shyam
