That's because nsradmin usually points to the server database, you have to
tell it what to look at. I'm afraid I don't have a running server at the
moment, but I suggest taking a look at how to change the security stuff in
7.3 as an example (that has its own res database too), I think it was
something like nsradmin -p nsrexecd so, assuming that is correct, it'll be
nsradmin -p nsrjobd

Okay, what is the name of the resource or the attributes?  I've got all
the 7.3 docs, but unlike the other resources (group, client, jukebox),
there's no detailed list of how to access it va nsradmin.

I've built lots of reporting and managment tools on top of CLI
programs.  If there's more information from this job database, I'd like
to be able to add it.
