Well, yeah, that's the problem with their support. But either way, go for 
7.3.1, its not worse than 7.3.0 anyway, although its far from good.

I've seen plenty of issues with 7.3. Go for 7.3.1 if you are already on 
7.3, otherwise upgrade to 7.2.2 instead.
