I meant yes, try the command line recover and don't just cd to the
directory but type it out for recovery..ie:

add D:\dcuser\users\username\subfolder1\subfolder2\myfile

Changing the browsetime helps with this sometimes also.   Worth a shot
before saying the file is not there.   

If it browsable one might try using nsrinfo to have it dump a listing of 
what is in the saveset...groping for straws I know.
