This is available from CustomerNet.  From their 'sidebar' of sorts, look at
Account Management -> Installed Product Profiles.

I was happy to see that item the first time I logged in this year, and
entered our AlphaStor information in their DB withoug any issues.  Nothing
worrisome requested that I saw (though I admit some of it was not filled out).

[Oh, and as an aside, I've been kinda forced to lurk the past 8-10 months or
so due to my work address changing - twice (gotta love moving from Pine to
Exchange).  I've added another registration using a gmail account so I can
post again.  Despite all this, tis a great resource here; Thanks Stan.]
