I'm continuing to track down some oddities in my Networker 7.3 Linux
setup and this one is next on the list. Has anyone else seen the message
"* <WARNING> : May have partial failure(s)" in the backup reports? Below
is the full report from one of my NW 7.3 Linux clients showing this
exact message in context. But even there it doesn't make much sense to me.
Does the partial failure apply to the whole /var/ftp saveset or
something else? What exactly failed and what does it mean for recovery?
I've been the EMC/Legato KB and turned up no hits on this warning. I
don't see any related entries in either the server or the client
daemon.log files either.
Anyone else get these warnings and know what they mean?
