I don't think the version of the server is related. The hotfix has been
applied to the client only. The server is still 7.2.2

That's a good question. I don't know, but I am wondering if the  
hotfix you applied was done on the NetWorker client or the server.  
Does this situation apply to NetWorker clients that run NetWorker  
7.2.1 on both the client and server with the server OS being Solaris  
9 and the client OS being Windows 2003?
