I don't think with a description of PROCESSOR from the manufacturer,
that anyone would get away with that... Too many corporations with too
many lawyers...

We are talking about Millions upon Millions of dollars FROM someone TO
someone.

If I were the TO people yes I may be tempted to look at it from one
direction, but LAWYERS live for this kind of decision. I don't think it
could be done, nor do I think an honest company like EMC would even
consider it. /ALE
