Hello,
Networker will recognize the cleaning tape if appropriate bar code lable 
is used, then you need to designate a cleaning slot while in edit library 
mode & also enable auto cleaning etc in Software and hardware ( while 
using jbconfig)
use the following cmd afterwards
nsrjb -U25 -S 52
Where U is number of times  cleaning  is allowed for the given tape.
and S is the slot number you priviouly designated for the cleaning tape.
