Talk to support and reference case 536020.  It's a known issue with
nsrlcpd crashing, I've been beating them up on this for nearly 2 months
now (and they know it's a problem and have reproduced it in their lab).

Nsrlcpd is one of the new daemons in 7.3 to manage the library.  In my
case, it's causing library resets every time we open the load port in
addition to its crashing periodically.
