I think currently there is no link for Patches. You can go the link below, 
submit the request form
and you will get the appropriate link for downloads -

It looks like legato.com has been pulled into EMC's site.  Anyone have
any idea where the links to software went?  I'm trying to download the
v7.1.4 client but can't find the links that used to be on the "patches
