Hello Brian
One would have to scan the media back into the client index.
Thanks,

Subject: [Networker] Browse Time vs. Retention time for Exchange backups?
A client just asked me this question, and I've never thought about it
before, and I don't do Exchange restores...
If the browse time for an Exchange backup session is set less than the
retention time, what issues may there be in doing a restore that is
beyond the browse time? How would one go about doing a restore?
