We're running a HP DL385 with 2 AMD Opteron CPUs and one HBA. Never seen 
any performance problems with it[*]. Should probably also apply for a 
Windows 
based configuration.

* Except for 7.3 brokenness and that CDI oopses the qla hba driver, see 
previous threads. :)
