We currently are running Networker 7.1.3 and are looking at adding some
Red Hat ES 4.0 clients.  I need to know if I will be able to back these
clients up in our current environment.  What client versions are
supported on RHELES 4.0.

This information is generally covered in the software compability guide,
which is available on Legato's web site.  In fact, it's available as
a link on the main page (right hand part of the page, the "Compatibility
Guides" link in the "Support" column).  You want the software
compatibility guide.
