I noticed that too, and others have already posted about it.  It's the
NetWorker Management Console (NMC) component that's taking up so much
space.  There's also a copy of Java included.  I haven't exploded
the Linux RPM yet, but I too am interested to see why NMC is a 200 MB
package.
