How do I tell Legato to use a backup client's private IP interface?
Any attempt to set up the client using the hostname of that interface
lets backups fail in interesting ways:
* host-backup:/disk1 1 retry attempted
* host-backup:/disk1 save: RAP error: Unable to extract resource
info for client host.
* host-backup:/disk1 save: Cannot open save session with srvr
* host-backup:/disk1 1 retry attempted
* host-backup:/disk1 save: SYSTEM error: client `host' is not
properly configured on the NetWorker Server
* host-backup:/disk1 save: Cannot open save session with srvr
Ideally, each network connection on any system on your network will
have its own DNS entry. If that's the
case, just create a client resource that refers to the DNS entry for
the client's backup network address.
