Hi,

I upgraded our Redhat 8 NW 7.1.3 server to Redhat Enterprise 3. I tried to do a bootstrap recovery, but it fails:

Please insert the volume on which save set id 4188026194 started
into /dev/nst0.  When you have done this, press <RETURN>:

Can you read the first file off the tape with dd?

        mt -f /dev/nst0 rewind
        dd if=/dev/nst0 of=/tmp/nsr-label bs=128k
        od -t c /tmp/nsr-label | less

If dd can read the label but NetWorker can't, it's likely a NetWorker
issue.  Otherwise, it's an OS issue.
