The client version is 7.1.3 build 404.
The server version is 7.1.3

Do you happen to know if the .DLL you're speaking of should be used with
7.1.3?

What Networker version?  We were having similar problems, that I think
were resolved with a new .DLL for 7.1.2 on the client that I believe was
wrapped into 7.2.1.
