Hi!
In a Windows enironment, I'd suggest installing some kind of UNIX tools.
Otherwise you can replace "grep" with "find", please see 'help find'.

I can also recommend using 'nsradmin' which is good both for UNIX and 
Windows. However the shell is somewhat limited in Windows environments.

Example:
# nsradmin
nsradmin> show name; storage nodes
nsradmin> print type: nsr client
          name: server1
          storage nodes: stnode1

          name: server2
          storage nodes: stnode2
