Yes.  (of course there are other ways to also get that message but
running tcp/ip > 6.59j right now will cause those)

Do the errors look like:

* clusto_shared_pool_server:shared: SAVE.NLM: RPC error: RPC send
operation failed.  A network connection could not be established with
the host.
