Each seems to have its pros and cons. I use both on a daily basis.
I find the Mgmt Console much better for editing and creating client
configurations than Networker Administrator, as well as group
configurations also. It also displays more information on the tapes
currently loaded in your library, but can only perform operations on one
slot at a time while NA can do things like eject/withdraw tapes from a
series of non-contiguous slots....(but not inventory like you can with
command line)

NA seems to be better at monitoring the server while backups are running
because the one monitor window shows all devices, sessions, and log info
at once, whereas in Mgmt Console these are all on separate tabs...
