Hi Tony,
New i200 library.... Could I just verify that you've mapped out the
control port of the partition on the i2000 to the AIX host?
In the ADIC GUI, go to "Setup ->Device -> Access ->FC host".
Select the Initiator record which relates to your AIX hosts' HBA, and go
to "LUN Mapping". You need to ensure that the "Partition control port"
for the ADIC Partition you're trying to talk to is mapped over to the
host. the "Control LUN" entry is a red herring, and should be ignored I
think it's a left over from some previous incarnation of their libraries.
Once you've done that, re-scan for devices from the OS (inquire should
be fine).
