Did I mention we found the problem, it was driver/SCSI error issues with
the ADIC.

The weird thing was it was 3 different boxes, all using IBM LTO2 drives
and the same drivers on Windows 2003 Servers.

We rolled back the driver and life is good. Thanks to all who replied.
