I've generated some query for nsradmin. When I try to execute this query
nsradmin always return error. Is there any length limit for query

Yes there is, but what that limit is depends on what version you're
running (which you don't mention).  Check out the release notes or the
"fixed bugs list" for your platform.  I remember seeing a note in one of
those mentioning that this limit had been increased in some version of
NetWorker.
