I'm surprised that anyone hasn't commented on Networker 7.2.1 yet. Any showstopper-bugs? Something new that has been broken? Any fixes in the FQDN handling? Does 7.2.1 need anything else to get those recently discovered security holes fixed, or does one just apply the update without any environment variables, server config changes or similar?

Well, we installed 7.2.1 here last night. This was an upgrade from 7.1.3 and we also did an upgrade to our main tape library yesterday. The new software seemed to work well, right up until our newly expanded tape library experienced a problem with its robotic arm. The hardware problem is coincidental here, but it did prevent our first night with 7.2.1 from taking place. The release notes and fixed bugs list for 7.2.1 are intriguing, which is why we upgraded to it instead of to 7.2.
