[Networker] How to re-schedule a restart?

Is it possible to schedule a re-start on a group, for a later time, via
the GUI?
The only I can see to do this would be to write a script that does the
restart via nsradmin. The script would either run out of cron or would
be some kind of batch process set to kick of at a certain later time.
