We use Sun X6758A Ultra-3 SCSI LVD/SE cards. The only settings available are 
the settings for the SCSI termination. We have only one drive attached to each 
port. According to Sun Handbook we can set the termination to manual or auto in 
this case:

The jumpers for Port 2 are set to manual termination by factory default:
(J4 and J5 = 2-3) 
Prior to May 2003, the factory default of Port 1 was automatic SCSI termination:
(J8 and J9 = 1-2)
If Port 1 is shared, these jumpers must be changed to manual termination:
(J8 and J9 = 2-3)
This became the default setting of J8 and J9 in May 2003.

I will apply the latest patches for SUNWqus, SUNWqusu, SUNWqusx and SUNWqusux

We also use a X4422A Ultra-2 SCSI LVD/SE card. There are no settings available 
on this card.

We had The Same Problem, 2 years ago and The Problem was coming from
The SCSI Card ( Adaptec )
We had To Change Some Parameters on The Card ITSELF
