After upgrading to W2K3 SP1 I got the following error on my backup:

The backup doesn't seem to be working properly even though it does not
"fail"...  When I change the SaveSet and specify "VSS SYSTEM SERVICES" then
the backup goes through 100%.  And when I disable the "Volume Shadow Copy"
service then nothing backs up on the client, not even straight files...!

 

Does Networker requires VSS on W2K3 SP1 enabled ?  What about the VSS
license on networker ? Do I need this license ?
