Look in /kernel/drv/lpfc.conf

Compare the two machines. Use the /usr/sbin/lpfc/lputil to setup
"persistent binding" to the WWN of each device, and make sure the two
machines match. Remove the entries in /dev/rmt/* and do a reconfigure
reboot
