Hi,
I stand corrected. Snapimage *used* to have a license specific to it, entered
via its own command line. From the docs, it looks like you use License Manager
to apply the license now.
If you are using license manager for the snapimage license, and it doesn't
work, you can either run snapimage in a debug mode to see the error, or open a
case with support...

If you are using LLM then that's where licenses go. If you're not, then
the license goes on the b/u server. It does not work (read supported)
to have an LLM serving some licenses and then having some licenses
entered locally on the b/u server. (It may work, but it certainly won't
be supported. It's documented in the LLM admin guide.)
